Death of our beloved cat Lucky

Good day everyone! Hope my viewers had a great weekend with their mother’s. The one thing my step-mom enjoys the most is triathlons, so that’s what she did for mothers day. I guess you could say I didn’t do much for mothers day, but I showed them love by sending my mother and step-mother cards. It’s the thought that counts right?
I woke up to something sad on Monday morning and I’d like to share my story. Kelley, my partner woke up and walked out to the driveway and I’ve mentioned how much of a cat lover she is on my page at one point, so Kelley wakes up and goes out to the garage to do some laundry. On her way out to the garage, she says hello to all the cats lounging in the driveway. Kelley said hello to our grey cat and his name is Lucky. I named him Lucky because he was the only survivor from the liter. Well Lucky is maybe two years old and is in great health.
When Kelley said hello to Lucky, he didn’t respond. She kept talking to Lucky and he still didn’t respond. Lucky passed away sometime during the night. There were no obvious signs of bite marks, scratches or trauma. It seems as though Lucky just suddenly died. We aren’t sure if he ate poison, broke his neck, had a seizure or maybe he had a heart problem.
I searched the Internet for some answers and can only come up with maybe he had a heart issue. Kelley and I read that sudden deaths in young cats are usually heart related, so my reason for telling my viewers this story is to remind you that our lives are very valuable. We could pass at any given moment. You never know when your time is up.
Sometimes we take this world for granted and don’t appreciate the small things in life such as, the air we breathe. We are all here for a short time, but at times our stay here on earth feels like forever.
Just so all my cat lovers know. We did give Lucky a proper burial and our yard is starting to feel like a pet cemetery.

I love cats too. Sorry that you all lost lucky. Our cat Pele’ got sick and spent a month at the vet and we (Cara and I) spent a ton of money on him.
He lived just barely and I thankful that he did. I couldn’t imagine waking up one day and him being dead.
