How and why you pray.
Many people have no idea how to pray, but the simple part about praying is that you are just talking out loud to God. There is no script. You just talk to God as if he is your best friend.
The whole idea behind praying is building a relationship with God. You may say that God doesn’t talk back, but he does in so many different ways. Have you ever thought something to yourself and then seconds later the very thing you thought happened; that is not a coincidence. Praying is a very beautiful thing and no one should be ashamed to pray.
